Unfortunately your pictures are not displaying.
When you added the new hard drives, did you do a Scan as mentioned in the User Guide at http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/ss4000-e/sb/CS-022215.htm ?
I have read most of the guides on this subject, but unfortunately I could not find a solution.
The most recent case;
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sda1 1 261 131543+ 83 Linux
/dev/sda2 262 522 131544 82 Linux swap
/dev/sda3 523 1938022 976499496+ 89 Unknown
Partition sda3 is my files, now seems to be unknown. System which has corrupted xfs partition. Necessary to repair or rescue the files in this section. How I can make it?
If you didn't follow the steps on insertion, I would remove the third HD immediately, and see if you can get your original data back.
I bought a data recovery software. I get data on the HDD with recovery software.
I hate the SS4000...

You can try to use Yesterdata Data Recovery trial version.

the software has 6 data recovery modules, i think the HDD Partitions Lost suits your need. Just make a free scan.
