    DX38BT - 2 video card on 2 PCI-E x16 2.0 slots (up to 4 monitor) not SLI not CROSSFIRE

      I would to connect 4 indipendent monitor with the 2 PCI-E x16 2.0 slots!

I have this motherboard: Intel Desktop Board DX38BT

The mobo has 2 PCIe x16 Gen 2.0 slots and one PCIe x4 Gen 2.0 slot.

I would use the 2 PCI-E x16 2.0 slots (blue slots) for two graphic card and NOT one in the x16 slot and one in the x4 slot.

Can I connect two same graphic card (or different too nVidia and ATI) not in SLI or CROSSFIRE mode and connect 4 monitor with independent desktop.

When I connect the first graphic card in the PCI-E x16 2.0 slot I can use with up 2 monitor.

But when I connect the second graphic card in the 2nd PCI-E x16 2.0 slot the PC doesn’t start (I don’t see nothing in the monitor).

I need to change something in the BIOS?

I try to use one card in the PCI-E x16 2.0 slot (blue slot) and one in the PCI-E x4 2.0 slot (black slot) and in this way I can use both graphic card (also one ATI and one nVidia).

      Someone can help me?
