I'm running a DG45ID board with Windows 7/64. I have latest IDT drivers installed and a fullband stereo speaker set with active subwoofer connected to the line-out jack.
However, the sound is terrible when playing Blu-Ray disks with PowerDVD 10. I suspect it's only 4 bit or something, although I have selected 24 bit, 48kHz. Even setting the resolution to only 16 bit doesn't change anything. My Commodore 64 sounded like that 25 years ago.
What's going on? What's wrong?
Any help is appreciated!
