Cannot see any text in Intel rapid storage technology utility

Hello,

since recently I cannot see any text in my Intel Rapid Storage utility interface.

This is very annoying as I had a disk issue on my RAID and now that I have replaced it I want to rebuild the RAID with the new disk.

I am using Windows 7 and I wonder if this happened with a windows recent update.

Here is the issue I see (or don't see)! any one have an idea on how to resolve it?

I see only images in the interface but 0 or little text. The interface is unusable without the text!

Any help is more than welcome.

I forgot to say that I have updated the software to the latest current release aka 10.1.0.1008 (15 december 2010).

Did you download & install the iata_cd.exe and not iata_enu.exe?

Because your OS is not set in English it might be that your language is not currently supported out of the ones in the Multi language version in the iata_cd.exe install.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately I definitely used the iata international version. (cd).

It is not very easy to see in my screenshot but the menus (the only visible written thing) are in french.

Your OS must be corrupted then.
