    Compatibility with DH55PJ, I3-550 3.2GHz,  two Corsair XMS3 4GB DDR3

The recently built PC is of below configuration running Windows7 Home Premium 64 bit.

      - Intel DH55PJ Socket 1156 Motherboard
      - Intel Core i3-550 3.2Ghz 4M LGA1156 CPU
      - Corsair XMS3 4GB PC10666 DDR3 1333MHz 4096MB (2 No.s)
      - Corsair XMS3 4GB PC10666 DDR3 1333MHz 4096MB
      - WD Caviar Green 1.5TB 64MB/SATA-3G
      - LG 22X DVDRW SATA w/o Software OEM
      - Power Up Black Mid T ATX Case w/450w PSU

When both the 4GB DDR3 RAM are used togather the system reboots continously in random timing with in 45 to 60 secs. Both the RAMs are exactly identical CMX4GX3M1A1333C9 model Corsair memory 1.5V 240pins with memory timing 9-9-9-24.

The memtest runs successfull on each individual memory with all tests success. But when both the memory is added in the slots the system continously reboots and is completely unusable even memtest couldn't run or any boot process including DOS from CD, memory stick, Floppy or HDD fails.

But I've tested both the RAMs indivually in both the DIMM0 and DIMM1 and it works fine individually but not togather.

The DH55PJ specifications shows it supports upto 8GB RAM, I'm wondering why I'm unable to use my RAM. Please advise if I've to return or upgrade higher motherboard to use my 8GB RAM.
