USB devices connected to the back of my Intel motherboard are not recognized by Windows 7 or XP. I've tried a keyboard, mouse, and USB flash drive. The light on the flash drive does light up when I plug it in. In the Device Manager the Enhanced driver has an exclamation point on it and the message is that it cannot start. I have the latest BIOS. How do I troubleshoot this further?
