    DX58SO BIOS 5506 issue

    jmotter

I have recently updated my DX58SO to BIOS version 5506.  This BIOS has an issue when the SATA ports are set to RAID and the eSATA parts are set to RAID as well.  The system will be stuck in a loop or reboots.  If you change the eSATA ports to IDE or disconnect the drive attached while still in RAID, the system will boot.  Leaving the eSATA set to RAID with a drive attached and changing the onboard SATA ports to IDE or AHCI will cause you to be stuck in a reboot loop.

Please correct this issue as I would like to be able to hot swap eSATA devices.

      Thanks.
