("how to fix this but only for laptops I have a desktop.")
Laptop? Perhaps the settings (plan) registered incorrectly.
If so, try "Create Power Plan"...
I tried to reset the power plan then restarted the computer and I still get this error weird.
OK this is weird my onboard video card has128MB of video memory and it showed 128 MB of my memory taking from my 2 GB of memory when I installed Windows 7 I just went in to Windows Media Center and it gave me a error that said, TV and video may not work as expected because the video card does not meet the minimum memory requirements of 64MB of video RAM. If you consistently encounter errors with TV or video, update the video driver or install a new video card. So after getting this error I checked the amount of memory that was being used for my on board video and now it is showing 24 MB being used not 128 like before. can anyone one tell me what is going on?
I just built myself a custom built computer and sold this one. Since my last 3 computers I owned had Intel parts in them and they all gave me problems even with the OS they were designed for I switched to AMD and all my problems are gone.
Sold this computer and built a AMD based computer thanks for all your help.
