ssd has been operating for 249 days and on it already appeared 5 Reallocated Sectors, is this normal?

Normal in that it can happen but you don't want it to happen but its not a big problem until it goes up a lot.

Drive had a problem writing to part of the SSD so it marked it as bad and put the data where it could write too and that this has happen 5 times.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you start seeing jumps in reallocated sectors.

In what Reallocated Sectors Counts ssd will fail?

It will not fail fail it will just go up and their will be a point where enough Reallocated Sectors have happened that it should flag the recommended action that a lot of Reallocated Sectors have been done to the drive and that you should backup and not use the drive an more as it could fail.
