Windows Server 2008 R2 Core with Hyper-V and Failover Cluster services
IBM x3650 M2 server
Intel Gigabit ET Quad Port Server Adapter
The 4 ports on the intel adapter are teamed in a VMLB team.
Since I need guest machines on different VLANs the switch ports are configured as trunk ports (802.1q)
The virtual switch is connected to the "Intel(R) Advanced Network Services Virtual Adapter", VLANs are enabled and it is set in trunk mode with "Trunk all VLAN IDs"
The prolem is, my VMs have no access to the network, when *VMQ is enabled. If I disable *VMQ everything works fine - however this is hopefully not the "solution", since we specifically bought this NIC because it supported VMQ on Hyper-V.
Any suggestions as to why I am having this problem?

EDIT: I've apparently found a solution, that will solve this problem for most VMs. By removing the default (emulated) NIC from the VM, and replacing it with a synthetic NIC the network connection is restored when VMQ is enabled.
