    Bad RAM slots on DP55WG


      The first two RAM slots on my board are bad- I get Error 21 when I put 4 GB sticks in either or both of them- only slots 3&4 will work.


      I cannot figure out how anyone can return a defective product to Intel- no email address, no phone numbers, and an "Online Chat" thing that's a joke!


      I'm NOT going to take a week and do all the diagnostic work on the board that THEY should handle.


      I just want to send them my defective board and get one that works! How do I do that?
