Update to my Error 21 No Boot problem:
I have 4 sticks of OZ2 4 GB Non-ECC memory. I can only get the board to boot if I put sticks in slots #2 alonea,#4 loone OR #s 3&4! No other combinations will work. The stick voltage is1.65V, and according to the BIOS, the memory voltage is set to 1.5V. Could that be the problem? How do I increase the voltage to1.6 or 1.65? I read a previous post saying someone tried that and it did not solve the problem.
Sorry for the typos-Intel's word processor is pretty messed up!
