Why is L1 cache no longer listed in some processor specification overviews?

...such as the Core 2 Duo to i7 series?

Hi!

Because of its very small size and because of today's Intel® Smart Cache, L1 is no longer listed among the specs of the recent processor models, but this does mean it's not there on the processor.
