What is the normal operating temperature or intel core 2 duo processor because i think my system is over heating and i need to know. THx

Hello,
Here is a link where you can check for the temperature:
Check the Thermal Specification for the CPU if it is still within the range of operation.
Get the SL number for the CPU and search on the link below:
If it is much over the range then, check the following:
Make sure that you have a PSU Atx Version 2.2 at least.
Make sure that the chassis is TAC - Thermally Advantage Chassis
Check for proper aeration in the chassis. (cable)
Re-integrate the cpu with new small amount of thermal paste (clean the cpu before)
Read the temperature from the bios or if it is an Intel desktop board, use Intel (R) Desktop Utilities.

I have a similar temperature concern w/ my new i7-930 quad processor. I looked up the ark.intel.com table, but found no temperature range specs. Where do I find these for this processor?
