RAID 0 on ICHR10 Disk Migration

I have a 2 disk RAID0 boot disk made up of two WD 74gb Raptors. Gives me around 140Gb of usable space but with the number of applications that like to offer no option but to install on drive C:\, I'm running out of space. I'd like to replace the two disks with higher capacity raptors (2 of the 300Gb ones), and want to do that without having to reinstall Windows etc. What is the best way to do that? Anyone else done it?

Thanks

Michael

I use Acronis True Image Home (TIH) to do all of my migrations using their boot CD and clone disk tool.
