    Help Despertely Needed

I just purchased an Intel E210882 Desktop Board as I am building a computer.  There is a tall black plastic case surrounding the heatsink that is secured by 4 white plastic screws  Unfortunately, I wont be able to install the new heatsink I purchased until I figure out how to remove the plastic case so I can screw my heatsink into the motherboard. I want to proceed with caution so I don't cause any damage.  Can someone please help?  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated; I'm at my wits end!  Thanks so much!
