SCCM OOB management consloe unable connect with AMT client

I built a sccm2007 sp2 server under windows 2008 enterprise sp1 for vpro testing. AMT client can provisioned, click Collections->All system->choose the provisioned client to launch Out of Band Management Console, but OOB management consloe unable connect with AMT client, no informatin display.

In amtopmgr.log there is an error: Failed to get device provisioning state with enable authentication. And an error "GetATMPowerState fail with result:0X80072F8F" in OOBConsole.log.
