Try to remove the Radeon 4890 video card and using the onboard video check if the video problem continues, if does, you can try to test with a different monitor
That HD4880 is a big card for a DG45ID , Do you have both 6 pin connectors hooked to the card??

Ugraded Bios, Yes both PCI Express power are on the card.
Latest ATI driver.
The only thing left would be to pull the card out, but I was wondering if using the MOBO graphic, would interfere with the ATI driver?
In a word NO if you pull all the graphics cards the sys will default back to the onboard graphics and you don't have to worry about the ATI drivers.
