Intel GMA 965 flicking on Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Hello All,

I finally decided to upgrade my old notebook (hp dv6838nr) from Vista x64 to Windows 7 x64.

Windows 7 x64 identified all the drivers and it`s working, except for one little detail.

My screen keeps flicking on all games.

The driver is already the latest version (8.15.10.1930), and Windows has all the updates installed ...

I don't know what to do ...

Please HELP!!!

The number of views is growing but no replies???

I laso just realized that it happens on normal Windows utilization as well ... it`s like the background quickly comes to front, and then back again ...
