Which processor is better and why?

The main difference is power consumption, the T series are 35W while the P series are 25W.

I beleive the T4500 is a bit faster than the P6000, although I've seen only a couple of benchmarks. For feature differences please see:

The P6000 has large cache and improved architecture, but it's not enough to compensate for more than 400 MHz frequency difference between these CPUs.
