Dear Employees of Intel
I have been researching exstensively about processing and sequencing of transistors in processors, hear me out on this request, I am trying to built a fully funtional processor made out of switching transistors and some npn/pnp transistors, and I have run into many problems with laying it out. I know I am only 15 years of age and this is an overwhelming task, and I would like to ask how you order the transistors and what factors in each process, and ect... If you are able to help me out, this would make Intel my offical dream work place!

Silicon base micro processors started back around 1971.
These early Processors had about 2300 transistors. They were incredible for their day.
The 8080 processor had over 50,000 by 1980 and ushered in the era of personal PC's making a simple computer somethig the average person could afford.
Today's processors have around 2,000,000,000 transistors.
If you figure a discreet transistor is about 1/4 in in size, it would require a circuit board the size of 18 football fields to mount all the transistors in a modern processor.
The guys that design this processor are something else.
