Intel 82852 s-video

I've an Acer Aspire 1410 with an Intel 82852/82855 graphic controller. I want to active s-video output to connect with a TV but it doesn't work. What can I do? I have a cable but the image only display in notebook screen, how can I do to see it in TV?
