XML Support for BartPE to support Microsoft LiteTouch OSD

I've been able to get BartPE loaded up with networking, VNC, ERD Commander Tools etc and use IDE Redirect to push BartPE to a remote PC. I can then remote control BartPE and troubleshoot a PC that cannot boot to the OS. I thought it would be great if I could use Microsoft's Litetouch OSD to reimage the PC if my troubleshooting failed to raise the PC from the dead so I added VBScript support. Unfortunately I hit a roadblock when it comes to running the Litetouch scripts because I have not been able to get XML support added to my BartPE image. Specifically the vbscript call 'Set oDoc = CreateObject("MSXML2.DOMDocument")' consistently fails. I've tried several XML plugins for BartPE but still cannot get this call to work.

Anyone out there been able to get a XML plugin loaded into BartPE that supports this VBS call?
