Intel DG45ID motherboard beeps once on boot.

Every time i boot my pc i hear a beep. After going through beep codes for motherboard i found that a single beep indicates a refresh error which might indicate issue with the ram. But my pc is working fine and is not causing any booting issue and there after too works fine with windows os.

I checked all cables and also tried removing most of the removable components but the beep persists.

After googling i came to know that it is a feature of newer intel 4x chipset series motherboards.

I had used DG965WH, DG35JO and DG33FB motherboards they do not beep on boot and they boot silently.

Can an expert confirm this, is it a feature or it is indicating a error in hardware configuration ?
