The standard is called SSI (Server System Infrastructure). See S5000PSL and S5000XSL technical product specification for power requirements. I'd suggest you choose a Tested Intel® Chassis or Reference chassis.
Hmm the problem is that i want a SILENT server because my girlfriend dont like the noise of my other computer.
I want to put the mainboard in a ANTEC P 193 case.
And i want of course an psu with a 120mm silent fan.
Did you konw if i can use another psu than the INTEL one ?

I've been running my S5000PSL based server with a Corsair TX650W V2 PSU for quite some time now.
Just remember that the PSU you get is capable of delivering at least 3A on the 5V standby rail; 2.5A is NOT enough - i learned that the hard way.
