I want to upgrade Windows XP Professional to Windows 7 64 bit and under XP I have a raid array built using intel storage manager 7.5.0.1017.  Windows xp is currently installed on the raid 5 array (4 -1 TB).  I would like to install Windows 7 64 bit on an SSD, but noit have to rebuild the array.  I wanted to do a clean Windows 7 install if possible rather than an upgrade.

Is this possible? If so, is there a correct way to go about it?
