Intel Active System Console 4.0 is eating my CPU on 7520BD2

After installing Intel Active System Console 4.0build 19 (version with php and LightHTTPD) on SE7520BD2 motherboard based server with 2008 R2, Services.exe is eating 50% cpu (one logical core), I have determined that problem is in Intel's PolicyService.exe which monitors servers hardware. The following errors is displayed in Application log:

Faulting application name: PolicyService.exe, version:, time stamp: 0x4bb38784

Faulting module name: MSVCR80.dll, version: 8.0.50727.4927, time stamp: 0x4a2752ff

      Exception code: 0xc000000d

      Fault offset: 0x00008aa0

      Faulting process id: 0xc9c

      Faulting application start time: 0x01caf729f74ad28b

      Faulting application path: C:\PROGRA~2\Intel\ASC\PolicyService.exe

      Faulting module path: C:\Windows\WinSxS\x86_microsoft.vc80.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.4927_none_d08a205e442db5b5\MSVCR80.dll

I have already tried to reinstall IASC and visual c runtime, but that did not help. It seemes to be related to this motherboard model, since I have manged to recreate problem on another server.

Does anybody have an idea how to prevent this cpu eating ?
