You might want Dell to answer your problem faster by going to their website. Probably they have already the answer.
well yes, i contacted dell technical support last week but as they didnt get back to me, I decided to post here.
they did actually contact me late yesterday and suggested 3 things,
1. clean fan - well I did even though its only a week old
2. click the link provided to update bios- clicked the link no bios update was at the link given, so emailed them back to tell them, and amazingly within 10minutes, (not 4 days this time) told me to ignore 2, and goto 3.
3. run PSA 32bit diagnostic test, testing the fan and thermal sensors.- all tests past
so I dont no what to do now ?
Are there updates being installed? Try to restore back to the last date that you find your computer to be working.
