Try disconnecting teh front panel and booting teh system, if not take it out of teh case completly. If that does not help clear the CMOS battery (http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-010254.htm), if that does not help, try a BIOS recovery (http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-023360.htm) then if that dosent work you need to get a replacement. (http://www.intel.com/support/9089.htm)
If you do a replacement, aqs long as you get a the same board with the same BIOS version you have now it shouhld rebuild your RAID, well at least ask you if you want to.
Thank you for the reply and the links. I did try unplugging the front panel audio connector from the board, but no change. I will try the other steps soon. The links are very helpful!
