- Have you tried a clean installation of the wireless driver? See the steps below.
- You could try the Advanced Intel® Wireless Adapter Settings to configure the Intel® wireless (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005585/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html) adapter to comply with the environment settings
- Also, you have mentioned that this issue stated after some changes made on the router, in this case, if the steps provided previously don t help I would recommend contacting the router manufacturer for assistance with the correct setting for the device.
