I updated the Unite software on the server... to 3.3.153 what I believe to be the current version. I have followed the deployment guide which is why I now have a question on the forum as it does not work. I changed the identity providers on all three pools. If you see my screenshot the update actually broke the web GUI... it looks nothing like the Deployment guide:
