      Hello Guys,

I have a Ruckus controller setup with 802.11r enabled. Every device is working fine but when I connect my dell device i.e. latitude e6400 and latitude e7450 the device has issue's on this Wlan. If I disable the fast roaming (802.11r) everything works fine , the adapter on these devices are intel wireless 1560 and intel 5300 agn

I was going through the link which shows the adapter support for 802.11r but my adapter's are missing in the list (below is the URL ), I would really appreciate if some one can help with this.

Is my adapter's capable of supporting 802.11r??

Support for Fast BSS Transition Roaming on Windows® 10 with Intel®...

      Regards and Thanks

          Hello vinny123,

Thank you for joining this Intel Community.

First, we would like to gather some information about the system configuration. Please run the Intel® System Support Utility in your systems and attach the reports to this thread.

1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system.
          https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600
2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.
3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer.

To attach a file, you must click “Use Advanced Editor” on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the “attach” option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.
