    problems with system broadcast.

      problems with system broadcast.

       

      the website is up and running but my hub does not show up.

       

      it is communicating with the server as i see in the logs but the connection seems to keep getting reset

      {"code":"ECONNRESET","errno":"ECONNRESET","syscall":"read"}

       

      please advise

            A longer/more specified problem description:

            after getting system broadcast plugin to install on the server (needed to install sql14) and installing it on the hub . the website (system broadcast plugin ) works ok but cannot find any hubs. I keep getting this error in the server logs while running unite in debug mode - {"code":"ECONNRESET","errno":"ECONNRESET","syscall":"read"} and logs on the hub show a repeated connection attempt

            HUB manufacturer(s):dell

            HUB model(s) and SKU: OptiPlex7060 / 085A

            Client model(s):optiplex 7020

            Windows OS (provide Version number if Win10, and 32- or 64-bit) and update version:win 10 pro v1803 build 17134.228

            Intel Unite® Client version: 3.3.150.19

            If problem happens with Extended Display provide version:

            Intel Unite® HUB version: 3.3.150.19

            Intel Unite® Server version: 3.3.150.19

            If problem is related to database please specify MS SQL version: ms sqlexpress14

            Intel Unite® Small Business version (if applies):

            Intel Unite App Extended display driver version (if applies):

            HUB and Client Graphics Driver version and vendor: problem is with system broadcast plugin

            Number of systems affected:1 setting up demo

            Also please make sure that you are using one of the supported SQLs mentioned in our Enterprise Deployment Guide for the Intel Unite® app, page 11. ms sqlexpress14

              Please consider that Intel Unite® app has been validated with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 or greater. The MSsqlexpress14, in this case is not supported officially, and we do not guarantee its functionality.

                      In this case, in order to answer and to assist you please provide us with the following logs:
                      Client Application Crash Workaround for the Intel Unite® app:
                      Run the application with the debug switch and save information to the log file, for example: Intel Unite.exe /debug >log.txt.

                      If the log file contains the message:
                      EXCEPTION: - Key not valid for use in specified state.

                      Close the application.
                      Delete the C:\Users\eaviles\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\[sid]\d046df file.
                      Deleting the application requires elevated admin privileges. Because the Intel Unite® application does not run with admin privileges, you have to perform this action manually.

                      Intel Unite® uninstaller log:
                      In order to get a log file please enter the following command:
                      msiexec /i "Intel Unite Installer Name.mui.msi" /L*v installerlog.txt

                      Intel Unite® dependency logs:

                       


                      In order to be able to grab the info from the webrtc component of Unite please get the tool is at http://www.dependencywalker.com/
                      Open the file PeerClient.dll located at the folder:
                      C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Intel Unite\Client\x64

                            Let me inform you that we highly recommend SQL 2008 or later as part of the system requirements, our best suggestion is to install it and configure it as per user guide.
