I assumed it was over heating at first, then when I initially looked up this issue months ago I found others experiencing the same thing going years back,one suggestion on HP was that it could be a bad battery, mine had actually died shortly before the issue occurred but it has been replaced and I am still facing this issue. Everything is fully updated, so I'm not sure where to go from here?
