I was wondering, wether it is possible to use two cameras at the same object and the same time to receive valid depth images.
Do they influence/interfere each other?

Yes, you can use two cameras at the same time and overlap their fields of view. If they are RealSense 400 Series models (D415 or D435), they will not interfere with each other. Using two cameras can provide more comprehensive depth data, because there is redundancy in the data collected. For example, if you were scanning the human body then you could arrange the cameras vertically, with one camera scanning the upper body and the other scanning the lower body, with the two views overlapping in the middle height of the body.
