Please try the following:
- In the Windows 10* Search Bar type "Programs and features"
- Look for the Intel® Technology Access.
- Right-click on it and click uninstall.
- Follow the prompts as requested
- Restart the system.

Allow me to investigate further into this issue. Once I have an update I will let you know.
In the meantime, I recommend you to get in touch with ASUS* Support so they can let you know if it is possible to disable this process through the BIOS or if the program was installed by an update from it.

In this case, if the program cannot be uninstalled through Windows*, please get in touch with the manufacturer of your mainboard. They might offer this on their site or the program is provided as part of a customized software suite.
Please keep in mind that this product has reached its end of interactive support so there is limited information about the software.

I forgot to mention that maybe the Intel Technology Access service has been installed by Driver Booster, a software that doens't work very well probably.
I reinstalled the official ASUS driver for my motherboard, but there's no way to uninstall the Intel Technology Access Service.
However I resolved by disabling the Intel Conncet services.
