                Hi Precious_M,

Packet loss could be triggered due to various reasons ranges from network congestion, cable, configuration or hardware issue. Please look into the following troubleshooting:
                .
                1. Flow control configuration on the switch and network adapter. The default setting in X520-DA2 is "Rx & Tx Enabled". Please make sure this option is also enabled on the switch port.
                2. Change cable
                3. Connect the X520-DA2 to another switch port or another switch

If the issue still persists, please share your network configuration information and system details. You may use the Intel® System Support Utility to extract your system information and attach to this thread.

By the way, any changes done on the system or network prior to encountering the packet loss issue?

                Looking forward to your response.

                Best Regards,
