I would like to clarify: Your system does not recognize the Android* phone via Bluetooth? If so, please provide me the following:
- System model.
- Intel® Wireless adapted model and driver version.
- Operating System version and build
In this case, if the issue is related to the USB connection between your computer and your phone, I recommend you to get in touch with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of your system.
If the issue is related to the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your computer, please provide me with the information requested above.
