Thank you very much for providing that information.

For this scenario we recommend to install the drivers provided by the manufacturer of the computer, in this case Dell, since those drivers were manufactured by them to work with your specific platform. I looked on Dell's web site and the model of the computer that you gave us is not showing there:
              https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/products/laptop?app=drivers

Please provide the SSU report so we can deliver the most accurate assistance:

                  Hello,

An update was made to service request 03532773 on August 24, 2018

                  Hi Frank,

                  Good day!

We appreciate your time and effort in reading and providing these information to us.

I would like to set your expectation that since your inquiry is regarding an OEM device (e.g. desktop, laptop), our support will be limited. Intel has no drivers of Intel® Management Engine Driver for 8 Series Chipset for Windows 10. The driver that can be found in our download center is only for Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. Nevertheless, I will do my best to assist you on this.

This is a 3rd party website which you can use for your reference. However, I don’t guarantee that installing this driver will solve the issue.

Also, Intel Core i7-4790 processor is a 4th Generation processor which requires Intel 9 Series chipset. Intel 8 Series Chipset can be also used as long as the BIOS is updated. With this, we highly recommend contacting your device manufacturer (DELL) as they can provide you an in-depth assistance regarding your BIOS.

Should you have any other concerns, feel free to contact us.

                  Thanks and best regards,

                  Julie L.
