D400 firmware update tool for 32-bit Windows

Is there a D400 firmware update tool for 32-bit Windows 10? If not, is one planned?

I found the following link but it appears to be for 64-bit windows 10 only:

There is not a 32 bit version of the Windows updater tool, unfortunately. It is unlikely that one will be produced. You may be able to install a recent firmware (version 5.9.13) another way though, by installing the Windows UWP Driver for the 400 Series cameras, which has the firmware included in its package. The UWP tool does have a 32-bit version.
