I've also downloaded the software that you mentioned in your reply,but I dont know after collecting info than how should I send the file?! thats why I sent text and picture...those are collected via using Dxdiag & Intel® Driver &support assistant....

According to the data you've posted, the correct driver you should be downloading and installing is here: Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10. Is this the version you were trying to install?
Just a guess (and yes, I am grasping at straws), but I think you may need to upgrade to a later update of Windows 10 before this install will work. It may not work with the original Creators Update. If I am right, you may have to back off to a much, much older version of the driver if you want to stick with the Creators Update.
