Thank you very much for sharing your issue with the Intel Communities Team, jonathanroche. I will be more than glad to assist you.
In this case, please try a clean installation of the drivers. In order to achieve so, please complete the steps of the following guide: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html
Here is the download link for the 20.70.0 drivers: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27989/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-and-Drivers-for-Windows-10?product=94150
Let us know how it goes.
I followed the directions to uninstall the software and the device and clear temporary files. On restart, the device is automatically re-installed by Windows with driver v22.214.171.124 and I receive the same errors when trying to upgrade to the v20.70.0 driver (log selection below).
Any other steps to try?

I would recommend to install the driver manually using the IT admin package. You need to unzip the required file for your Operating System and update manually the driver using the msi file! IT Administrator Links for Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software
