      The Intel Driver & Support Assistant continually cannot install updates.  It requires me to manually install them.  What good is it?  I cannot perform a manual install.....

          I understand that you are having download issues with the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant. I would like to further assist you. 

          When using this utility, it is recommended to use other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or IE v11 and have them up to date. Have you tried using other browsers?

          Also, are you getting any error message? This will help you provide an accurate response.
