I understand that the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel is not being displayed. I would like to assist you with this issue.
I would like to get more information about your system in order to provide troubleshooting steps that help you fix this issue. When experiencing this problem, it is recommended to have the correct drivers installed.
Please scan your system using the Intel® System Support and attach the report to know the Intel® Graphics Controller and the latest Intel® Graphics Driver installed.
1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system.
2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.
3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer.
