USB Connector doesn't fit to my Realsense D435

Ich habe dass Problem, dass der mitgelieferte USB-C Stecker viel zu locker sitzt und immer wieder abfällt. Kennt jemand eine Lösung?

The USB Type C connector on the 400 Series is not usually known for being loose, though there was a question from someone who wanted to secure the cable more firmly. This was because the cable came loose when using it with a moving robot. The situation was discussed here:

The problem is rather that the existing cable is not sitting properly at all. Why is such a cable included, if it is not useful anyway?

I tested my own D415's Type-C cable. It does have some movement when moved around with the hand, but this should not stop the camera from working , and it should not fall out unless something is causing the cable to move a lot and cause the cable to work its way out of the USB port. Are you using the camera in a way that makes the cable move around please, or does the cable just fall out easily?

It falls out as soon as I try to raise the camera. This does not even allow commissioning!

The opening seems to be too small, so that the supplied plug completely rests!

If there is a problem with the cable that was supplied with your camera then hopefully one of the Intel support team employees on this RealSense forum can help you with this. I do not work for Intel, so it is not a matter that I can handle personally. Good luck!

Ja, trotzdem Danke für Deine Antworten. Ich habe mir jetzt ein "USB 3.1 Type-C Dual Screw Locking to Standard USB3.0" Kabel bestellt.

Das ist zwar sehr teuer und in Deutschland nicht zu kaufen, aber ich will das Teil endlich nutzen!

Yes, but thanks for your answers. I have now ordered a "USB 3.1 Type-C Dual Screw Locking to Standard USB3.0" cable.

This is very expensive and not to buy in Germany, but I want to use the part finally!
