As we understand, you recently upgraded your PC from Windows* 7 to Windows® 10, and then you installed the AC 9260 in the computer.
It is important to mention that the only retail wireless adapters currently supported by Intel® are the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 + Bluetooth® for Desktop, and the Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 Desktop Kit. Custom integration of other wireless adapters models is not supported. We advise you to check with the Computer Manufacturer Support if they recommend installing the AC 9260 in your PC, and what may be required to do it.
A replacement adapter may not work for several reasons, such as manufacturer limitations, PCIe* Version compatibility, Regulatory issues, or Driver Limitations. In some cases, installing adapters in an unauthorized system may be illegal.

- Make sure that the 2 antennas are properly connected and located in a suitable position.
- Try a Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers, using Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows® 10 version 20.60.0.
