You'll have to find a used motherboard which is based on an Intel 900-series chipset (e.g. 915P, 925XE, 945P, etc.) None of the motherboards which use an Intel 3-series chipset or later officially support any of the Pentium 4 or Pentium D processors.
A lot of thanks to you for guidance. Saturday I went to the Market but unfortunately I didn,t find any board of 900 series. Used Motherboard was available on second hand reseller shop but they provide only 1 Month warranty. That is why I had purchased a C2D 2.93 GHZ Processor & Intel DG 41 RQI Motherboard.
& sold that processor to second hand reseller.
Thanks for the update.
Enjoy your new Core 2 Duo E7500 processor. It should be viable for a couple of years before you get the upgrade itch again.
