In order to better address your issue, could you please provide the following information:
-Could you please confirm if the SSDs come with the system? Or are those retail units?
-Heve you performed a BIOS update in the systems?

The PCs originally came with WD 500GB HDDs. After we started buying the PCs (OptiPlex 3020 or newer) we opted to upgrade our older computers with a SSD so that we could enjoy the many benefits of having a SSD in the PCs.
The PCs were updated with the latest BIOS before installing the SSDs.
The SSDs performed flawlessly for a year, then they started failing, one after another. In total, I have replaced 29 SSDs and have reverted back to a HDD in the OptiPlex 990/9010 PCs.
