In order for me to assist you better, please provide me with the .txt file that the System Support Utility will generate. To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box. Furthermore, please provide me with an Intel® Graphics report.
Additionally, I would like to know if this is the only computer affected by this issue. And, is this an enterprise environment or this computer is intended for home use?
