    Using a virtualenv in a notebook



      This is a followup to thread number 553948

      I followed the instruction in the thread regarding to creating a virtual environment using conda, then use it in a Jupyter notebook.


      However, some of the required binaries used by the python libraries (i.e ffmpeg) are not in the PATH variable in the notebook,

      which does not include the directory  "/home/u15095/.conda/envs/gym_env/bin" where the binaries installed via conda are.


      Therefore, my code (as supplied for thread number 553948) doesn't work in the notebook.


      Help is much appreciated,
