    Intel Online Connect (ioc.exe) keeps crashing and restarting

      Today I found the following errors in Windows event viewer and when looking at the Windows Services I saw that  it (Intel Online Connect)  was continuously restarting:

       

      First a .NET Runtime error:

      Already repaired the Intel Online Connect installation and added ioc.exe to the exceptions of my virus scanner.

      Working on a Lenovo Thinkpad T470p.
